Every listing and seller profile has a Report button. Click it to flag inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and actioned within 24 hours. Reported listings are immediately hidden pending review.

GameBid prohibits the following content on our platform:

• ✕Threats, harassment, or hate speech targeting any individual or group
• ✕Sexually explicit or adult content
• ✕Graphic or gratuitous violence
• ✕Content that sexualises minors in any way
• ✕Personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) in listings
• ✕Off-platform solicitation to circumvent GameBid fees or protections

The following items may not be listed for sale on GameBid:

• ✕Counterfeit, bootleg, pirated, or unlicensed games, software, or media
• ✕ROM cartridges or discs containing copied/pirated games
• ✕Modchips or hardware modifications designed to bypass copyright protection
• ✕Game accounts, in-game currency, or digital goods obtained through exploits
• ✕Stolen goods of any kind
• ✕Items subject to export controls or trade sanctions
• ✕Weapons, explosives, or items that could cause serious harm
• ✕Controlled substances or drug paraphernalia
• ✕Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property without authorisation

If you're unsure whether an item is allowed, contact us before listing it.

To protect buyers, the first listings from new sellers are held for review before they go live. This typically takes less than 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your listing is approved.

After completing 5 successful sales, your listings will go live immediately without manual review.

All photos uploaded to GameBid are automatically scanned for inappropriate content before being stored or published. Images containing adult content, graphic violence, or other policy-violating material are rejected at upload time.

GameBid holds payment funds in escrow until you confirm delivery. If an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you can open a dispute and our team will investigate. See our Terms of Service for full details.
