Stripe holds the payment until the order is complete, which is when you confirm you've received it or it's confirmed automatically.
Report a problem or a user
Every listing, profile and message has a Report button. You don't need an account. Anyone can report illegal content by emailing legal@gamebid.co.uk. Include a link to it (or the username) and tell us what's wrong.
